If for whatever reason you are not able to attend the event, we are happy to refund your entry fees with the following restrictions and subtractions:
- Any refund requested 14 days before the beginning of the scheduled event will be subject to a $25/ticket administrative fee.
- Any refund requested LESS THAN 14 days before the beginning of the event will be subject to a $50/ticket fee, for administration and to cover the cost of food and supplies already purchased based on attendance.
- 24 hours or less before the event we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds.

Tickets are fully transferable, however, so if you’d like to take some initiative to find someone to take over your ticket please let us know and there is no charge for transferring it as long as we know about the change and can update our records at this end.
